So, listen, if you don't know of The Pioneer Woman, you're missing out. Everything about her photography, recipes, & way of life will enrich yours greatly. I got to spend some time with a wonderful friend last night who brought over the ingredients for this Dulce de Leche Coffee goodness. You should make this at home too. Who wants to go to Starbuck's in this cold anyway? 

We simplified the recipe & used... 

• 4 cups Strongly Brewed Good Coffee
• 6 ounces, fluid Dulce De Leche {in a can like reg. condensed milk}
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
• 2 Tablespoons Sugar {we actually used 4}

 Heavy cream & sugar mix together to make your whipped cream. Dulce de Leche gets mixed into your hot cup of joe until it's dissolved. Then a dollop & an half of the cream tops it off. It will change your life.
